Litigation Attorney

We provide the sophisticated legal counsel of a large firm with the agility and personal touch of a specialized practice. The Opportunity We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation practice in Montgomery, Ohio. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who wants hands-on experience, direct mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to case strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision Assist in case preparation, discovery, and litigation strategy Support senior attorneys in managing active litigation matters Qualifications 2–5 years of relevant legal experience. Previous litigation experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who possesses a strong work ethic.
