Responsibilities include project management, financial performance, loss prevention, budgeting, workload and staff balancing, preparation of technical proposals, monitoring of project budgets, staff supervision and scheduling of key projects.\n\nThe Project Manager will maintain presence and leadership throughout the regions where we do business through involvement in civic, professional and business organizations. This is a leadership position that also includes mentoring and developing staff.\n\nResponsibilities:\nProject Management in the areas of Land Development Plan Design, Stormwater Management Design, Water and Sanitary Sewer Design and Erosion and Sedimentation Control Design\nManage team assignments and balance workload in a deadline driven environment\nProvide vision and guidance to the firm in the area of Project Management\nDrive growth of the company’s business model and promote business development\nQuality Control\nPermitting of federal, state and local regulatory agencies\nProvide technical assistance to staff and clients in resolving problems\nPrepare presentations to various land use related boards and jurisdictional agencies\nBuilding and managing client relationships, program and project management, promoting and selling strategic alliances\nPrepare proposals\nGuide, manage and support the delivery of projects and programs to ensure quality, and on-schedule and on-budget completion\nFinancial management of projects including accounts receivable\nLead projects through hands-on project management and actively manage the project plan, deliverables, dependencies and outcome of assigned projects to ensure projects are on-schedule and on budget\nClient management and overall satisfaction\nMentor and develop staff\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering\n7+ years’ experience in Civil Site Engineering (residential, institutional, industrial, and/or commercial site design and permitting experience)\nProfessional Engineer (PE) registration required (or ability to obtain PE license within 1 year of employment)\nValid driver’s license\nAbility to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle\nKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:\nFamiliar with AutoCAD Civil 3D\nKnowledge of Truck and Turning & Modeling software\nIn depth knowledge of the planning and zoning processes\nKnowledge of Hydrologic and Hydraulic Stormwater Design\nProficient in design and drafting capabilities\nProficient grading and drainage design skills\nUtility design experience including pump station and force mains\nExperience dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals\nProficient in the use of available mapping websites for due diligence and site investigation purposes\nConstruction oversight experience for site work\nProficient in the use of the following design tools for site engineering:\nAutoCAD Civil3D\nHydrology Software i.e. ICPR and Cascade\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project\nProficient in the use of Bluebeam Revu and/or Adobe to prepare design document markups\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nIndependent and critical thinking abilities\nSuperior organizational and delegation ability\nAbility to work and lead in a team-oriented environment with a focus on staff development and mentoring\nClient management experience\nWhy Join Dynamic?:\n\nAt Dynamic, we believe great careers are built through meaningful work, continuous growth, and strong relationships.
