As a Sustainment Lead, you'll be partnering with the Head of Integrated Product Support to own overarching responsibility for a product lifecycle and sustainment. You will lead the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive logistics and product support strategies that improve Anduril's ability to deploy, maintain, and sustain hardware. This role involves leading and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of all elements of Integrated Product Support. Influence contract acquisitions, negotiations, and modifications.\r\nProblem solve and remove obstacles for the team and internal and external partners. Think critically and engage the right teams to help.\r\nCommunicate effectively to keep internal and external teams informed at all times. Use the necessary channels (Slack, email, meetings) to ensure stakeholders understand what needs to be accomplished and when.\r\nBe a team player where no task is too small. Embrace the startup life.\r\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 6+ years of experience in DoD/government logistics or progressively complex program administration experience, including leadership roles in operations, manufacturing, logistics or sustainment.\r\nTechnical expertise and application of logistics management principles, concepts, and practice as well as leadership skills including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines or milestones.\r\nExpertise of the regulatory requirements as it relates to the DoD or government logistics, preferably related to aircraft.\r\nEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.\r\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in DoD/government logistics or progressively complex program administration experience, including leadership roles in operations, manufacturing, logistics or sustainment.\r\nExperience working with, in, and around Air Force or other military branch Integrated Logistics operations.\r\nDemonstrated ability to lead projects from idea conception to idea execution without assistance.\r\nExperience with Government Proposal.\r\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\r\nStrong ability to work cross-functionally, including at a deeply technical level, in an unstructured environment; startup experience preferred.\r\nStrong outcome orientation with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to implementation and adoption. Willing and able to dive into tactical execution mode when needed to move the effort forward.\r\nDemonstrated ability to lead projects from idea conception to idea execution without assistance.\r\nMoves fast, has a positive attitude and can lead people directly and via influence.\r\nUS Salary Range: $129,000 — $171,000 USD.\r\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
