Our clients include DHS, DHA, DoS, USMC, US Army, HHS/Indian Health Service, Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Bureau of Indian Education, among many more.\nPrimary Focus\nThe Journeyman Software Developer, Systems Software will work closely with IT and Business team to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities. All duties and responsibilities performed in accordance with the Core Values of Cayuse.\nResponsibilities:\nJob Responsibilities\nWork closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities.\nWork independently on tactical enterprise projects, but also collaborate with peers to develop real time solutions.\nWork as ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating, implementing and enhancing ServiceNow platform and modules per business requirements.\nConfigure and enhance core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting Administration of ServiceNow platform.\nAbility to write clear, concise and accurate technical documentation, like requirements, system architecture design, use case diagrams.\nUtilize strong communication skills (verbal, written, quick thinking, collaborative, open-mindedness, motivational, and team building) and ability to collaborate effectively across the team and the organization.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nMinimum Job Skills and Qualifications\nMinimum Qualifications:\nThorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.\n1+ yrs experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development with ServiceNow ITSM application suite.\n2+ yrs experience with hands-on implementation and support experience with ServiceNow ITSM application suite\n2+ yrs working with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities\nITIL Foundations Certification\nServiceNow System Administrator Certification\nHands-on experience working with implementing and supporting the following ServiceNow platform features/functions including:\nCMDB\nIncident\nProblem\nChange\nService Catalog\nService Portal\nWorkflows\nKnowledge\nRoles/permissions\nSecret Clearance required.\nMust be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.\n\nMinimum Skills:\nSelf-starter with the ability to learn new tasks and skills.\nStrong organization skills.\nAbility to multitask and have practical time management skills.\nTeam Player\nStrong analytical and follow through skills.\nStrong verbal and written communications skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.\n\nReports to: Program Manager\n\nWorking Conditions\nProfessional remote office environment\nMust be physically and mentally able to perform duties for extended periods of time.
