Account Manager

We bring Account Management, Marketing, and E-commerce to Retail under one roof.We’re looking for a full-time dedicated Account Manager to support our Sales Team.Who is this team member? We want someone with a sense of ownership and pride in their performance.Job Description· New product setups in various Retail account portals for online and in-store business· Lead and work closely with vendors to obtain accurate product specs and images· Assist Sales Team members with administrative support and coordinate Retailer requests to meet deadlines· Update weekly and monthly sales reports for vendor partners· Resolve order and shipment-related issues· Manage sample requests· Oversee forecasting and proactively collaborate with accounts in achieving inventory goals· Continued education with all retail account portals· Routinely collaborate with Sales Team members· Ability to work from ELEVATE HQ in Minneapolis (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days at home) Qualifications· Retail account portal knowledge is a plus (Target, Kohl's, Meijer)· Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)· Action & detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and focus on data accuracy· Ability to work in a productive hybrid team environment to achieve positive results· Efficient organizational and time management skills· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; collaborative and service-orientedBenefits· Competitive Pay based on Experience· 15 days PTO· Additional 9 days PTO for observed National Holidays· Short-term and Long-term leave· Company-funded retirement program· Company-sponsored health insurance· Equipment provided for both office and hybrid work (additional monitors, etc.)
