Handling the use of analytics to improve service, availability, and customer interactions; handling incident resolution and issues escalated by vendors; transitioning knowledge from design / build teams. Handling operational vendor performance management.Required Job Qualifications:Bachelor degree and 2 years in Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.Knowledge of ITIL v3 frameworkKnowledge of ITSM systemsKnowledge of all Infrastructure technologies, including monitoring and event management technologiesExperience with UC/Collaboration and Executive Support, including mobile devices (laptops, tablets, handheld)Experience with Broadcom VCF SAN and Nutanix AHV hyperconverged platforms.Experience with migration, automation, CICD, Scripting, Storage, Middleware, including Server, OS, Virtualization, and Container technologies.Experience with Network, Voice, Call Center and Network (data and voice) technologiesSupplier managementInfrastructure hardware support and engineering experience of Dell, HP, or Cisco technologies.Continuous improvementIncident managementKnowledge of required technologies (incl 3rd party solutions)Problem Management / RCACustomer service orientedAdaptability and ability to introduce / manage changeDrive conflict management in high pressure situationsPerformance / metrics-driven decision makingPreferred Job Qualifications:Bachelor degree in relevant field (IT, Engineering) or equivalent career experienceITSM/CMDB application experience with ServiceNowOral/written communication skillsMicrosoft Suite of productsBroadcom VMware VCF and SRM experienceNutanix AHV, DR and Prism Central experience - 2 yearsKubernetes and Ansible experienceAria operations experienceCisco UCS and Intersight Platform administrationHPE OneView and Synergy platform administrationDell Open Manage Enterprise and iDRACDevOps tools experience with GitHub, and other applicationsPowerShell and other scripting language experienceMigration ExperienceAre you being referred to one of our roles?
