performance across key areas such as operations, compliance, and customer service.\nResponsible for scheduling and ensuring the professional development of staff while overseeing the delivery of top-notch treatment services.\nYour role includes evaluating client progress, implementing company policies, and adhering to regulatory requirements, all while fostering a culture of comprehensive training and mentorship within the team.\nConduct vital leadership meetings and serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer, resolving urgent issues with agility.\nAdditionally, you'll monitor program performance and maintain a seamless referral network, all while championing quality improvement initiatives and supporting outreach efforts.\n\nQualifications & Skills:\n\nLicensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Oregon or certified counselor (CADC I, II, or III)\n5 years' experience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program with 1-year administrative experience\nOr 4 years' experience and bachelor's degree in related field, or 3 years' experience and master's degree in a related field from an accredited university.\nMeet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid
