This position is responsible for the completion of new employee profiles, payroll, benefits enrollments, and other clerical accounting functions. If you have the drive, confidence, and determination to succeed, we are looking for you!\nTransdev is proud to offer:\n$18-20/hour\nAttractive benefits package, including 401(k) with company contribution, medical, dental and vision.\nPaid time off/vacation.\nPayroll Clerk major responsibilities:\nProcess new employee files/records and submits to the Accounting Manager for approval. Once approved, submits all appropriate paperwork to the region accounting office.\nCalculate driver/staff payroll and input payroll information into the computer for processing.\nAccurately track attendance for permanent part-time employees.\nResponsible for fare Reconciliation and all deposits.\nAnswer the phone and respond to customer inquiries.\nDistribute mail, prepare overnight packages, and maintain stamps and other mailing related supplies.\nAssist CM in accurately tracking OT for purposes of reducing/eliminating unnecessary and/or additional punch hours.\nVerify all standard hours to reduce any additional driver hours.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nPayroll Clerk requirements:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nDemonstrates leadership qualities and is a self-starter\nExcellent time management skills\nExcellent organizational skills\nAbility to multi-task and work in fast paced environment\nComputer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nAbout Transdev: Cities, counties, airports, companies, and universities across the U.S. contract with Transdev to operate their transportation systems, maintain their vehicle and fleets, and deliver on mobility solutions.
