The CRC will undertake administrative tasks, communicate directly with clients, and support our internal project management team members and global partners.\r\nPosition Roles & Responsibilities\r\nLocated in the Boston area and able to work in our office.\r\nExperience working under tight deadlines.\r\nFrequent communication with clients via phone, email, and conference calls to assess needs and document interactions.\r\nCreate instruction materials for the team to perform functions required for each client account.\r\nCollaborate with internal global partners to create, manage, and track tasks tailored to client needs.\r\nParticipate in performance improvement measures when action is required.\r\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.\r\nQualifications & Skills\r\nBachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Business.\r\n1-3 years of work or internship experience in technology, business, marketing, or client relations.\r\nExcellent communication and customer service skills, energetic and eager to learn.\r\nComputer proficient; ability to learn new systems quickly.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills via phone, email, and text.\r\nThe Person Most Fit For This Position\r\nFriendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.\r\nAbility to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.\r\nInterest in technology, web design, and client relations.\r\nCan multitask and prioritize work.\r\nSubmit Resume\r\nAbout Us\r\nThe Dreaming Code Management Team is comprised of dynamic engineers, designers, project managers, and Radical Support experts.
