The DPSM shall liaise with CLIENT staff and have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor within the scope of operations at the location, including personnel management and hire/fire authority.\nEssential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:\nOversee all operations at the assigned location and ensure excellent performance that meets all requirements and standards\nResponsible for Daily Reporting and with input from the Government Management staff, the DPSM assigns Contractor personnel to specific work areas in order to accommodate fluctuating workloads\nEnsures that each Contractor employee signs an acknowledgement of the Passport Internal Controls and a Standards of Conduct within 1-day after employment and ensures Contractors adhere to internal controls, the Privacy Act, and personally identifiable information (PII) standards\nHire and manage a technically proficient and professionally capable staff throughout the life of the contract\nProvide timely deliverables and performance related data to the Government in order to allow adequate monitoring, oversight, and performance measurement of support services\nConduct continuous improvement activities to realize improved service delivery capabilities and performance\nPromote innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness\nResolve problems with minimal disruption to the activities being performed under the contract.\nRespond rapidly to additional operational support requests and provide the appropriate levels of qualified staff\nParticipate in conference calls and digital video conferences with CLIENT and other U.S. Government agencies\nMay be requested to provide formal and informal briefings to visitors or at off-site conferences\nSupport USG in ongoing studies and evaluations\nEnsure satisfactory conformance with contract provisions and performance metrics\nRequirements\nAbility to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports, reviews and documents for internal and external use\nKnowledge and expertise in personnel management\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nAdvanced understanding of MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)\nAbility to prioritize workload for large teams and possess excellent organizational skills\nAbility to interpret and apply regulatory material\nCapable of performing duties of any Records Support Associate\nMust be bonded if performing cashier closeout functions\nBachelor’s Degree\nWork Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nSix (6) years of progressive management experience in a high volume production or office environment, including;\nThree (3) years managing a team the size and scope of the Headquarter assigned, including;\nThree (3) years managing seasonal/temporary work force, including;\nThree (3) years of experience utilizing a variety of office software, specifically: MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.\nWorking Environment & Conditions\nThis job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.\nThis position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.\nThe incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
