Talent Program Manager (Talent Development / Performance Programs)
Key Responsibilities:Talent Program ManagementDrive execution of Talent initiatives across cross-functional stakeholders Support rollout of Performance Management platform and processes Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies Ensure successful adoption and implementation of Talent programs Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with Talent, HR, and business stakeholders Facilitate communication across teams and leadership Provide status updates and program progress reporting Support alignment across multiple stakeholder groups Data & Analytics SupportUse Talent and HR data to support decision-making Track program adoption and performance metrics Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis User Experience & AdoptionProvide feedback on Talent platform user experience Identify opportunities to improve adoption and usability Support communication and change management efforts Project ExecutionManage multiple projects simultaneously Drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight Support continuous improvement of Talent programs Required Qualifications6+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience Experience supporting Talent, HR, or People Operations initiatives Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines Preferred QualificationsExperience with Performance Management programs Experience working in SaaS or technology organizations Experience supporting global teams Experience with Talent analytics and reporting UX awareness or experience supporting platform rollouts Technical Skills / ToolsGoogle Workspace (GSuite) Slack Workday Visier or Tableau (Analytics) Asana or similar project management tools Nice to Have:Experience with Talent analytics tools Experience supporting custom platform rollouts Familiarity with AI tools or automation workflows
