Senior Vice President, Technology Integration & InfrastructureThe Senior Vice President, Technology Integration & Infrastructure is responsible for leading enterprise-wide technology integration, infrastructure operations, and end-user services, with a primary focus on supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), real estate initiatives, and business technology alignment.This role oversees the full lifecycle of technology due diligence, integration execution, and infrastructure deployment, ensuring consistent, scalable, and cost-effective technology environments across the organization.The position operates in close partnership with Corporate Development, business leadership, and Procurement to align technology strategy with business priorities and drive efficient integration of acquired entities.Key Responsibilities:M&A Technology Due DiligenceLead all technology due diligence activities for acquisitions and divestituresEvaluate infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and vendor environmentsDevelop integration cost estimates, risk assessments, and transition timelinesPartner with Corporate Development and Finance to support deal evaluationTechnology Integration ExecutionOversee execution of Day 1 and Day 2 technology integration activitiesManage identity, endpoint, collaboration, and infrastructure transitionsEnsure business continuity and minimal disruption during integrationsEstablish and maintain standardized integration playbooks and processesInfrastructure & End User ServicesLead enterprise infrastructure operations, including:Cloud, network, and identity servicesEnd user computing and device managementService Desk and field support functionsDrive standardization, scalability, and operational efficiency across all environmentsBusiness Technology Integration & RationalizationPartner with business leaders to assess and rationalize technology platformsAlign acquired systems to enterprise standards and architectureCollaborate with Procurement to consolidate vendors and optimize spendSupport integration of core business applications and productivity toolsOffice Build-Outs, Moves, and ClosuresOversee all technology aspects of real estate initiatives, including:New office build-outsOffice relocationsOffice closures and consolidationsEnsure readiness of network, devices, conferencing, and security systemsCoordinate with Facilities, vendors, and internal stakeholdersVendor & Real Estate Technology ManagementManage relationships with infrastructure-related vendors, including:Telecom and internet service providersLow-voltage and cabling vendorsAudio/visual and office technology providersPartner with Procurement to standardize vendor selection and improve performanceProgram Management & GovernanceEstablish governance frameworks for integration and infrastructure initiativesMonitor project timelines, risks, and resource allocationCoordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business units, and external partnersSupport reporting and alignment with enterprise value realization goalsOrganizational Relationships:Direct Reports (anticipated):SVP, Technology M&AInfrastructure & End User Services leadership (including Service Desk)Integration program managers (as applicable)Key Internal Partnerships:Corporate Development / M&A leadership (dotted-line alignment)Business unit leadership across all divisionsIT Commercial Management / ProcurementEnterprise Technology leadership, including:Business Technology & InnovationAI Platform & AutomationInformation SecurityQualifications:Required15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadershipDemonstrated experience leading:M&A technology due diligence and integrationsInfrastructure and end-user computing environments at scaleExperience supporting multi-site organizations and complex real estate environmentsStrong vendor management and contract optimization experienceProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environmentsPreferredExperience in financial services or other regulated industriesFamiliarity with cloud-based infrastructure and modern workplace technologiesExperience in private equity-backed or high-growth organizationsLeadership CompetenciesStrong operational leadership and execution focusAbility to influence across business, technology, and corporate functionsEffective decision-making in dynamic and time-sensitive environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance standardization with business-specific needsScope & ImpactEnterprise-wide responsibility across all business units and locationsDirect impact on successful execution of M&A strategyOversight of infrastructure supporting 1,000+ employees (scalable with growth)Significant influence on technology cost structure and vendor footprintWhat We Offer:We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and more. The base salary range for this position is $135,000 $200,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
