MGH-Foam Machine Operator

Job DescriptionThe Foam Machine Operator will serve our Montgomery, AL Division, located in Montgomery, AL.ResponsibilitiesMust be able to operate HK-270 and HK-650 Foam machines. Must be familiar with operation and maintenance of Gussmer guns. Must be able to maintain daily reports for ISO 9000 detailing use and mixture of foam chemicals. Will be required to monitor oven temperatures when using HK-270 and Gussmer guns. Maintain good housekeeping in work area. Observe all departmental safety requirements. Practice and support Rheem values with internal as well as external customers. May be exposed to high noise levels, heat, dust and airborne particles. Performs other duties as assigned. QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions and decimals. Continuous lifting of 0-1 lbsFrequent lifting of 1-5 lbsOccasional lifting of 5-25 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk and/or lift repetitively during shift. Must be able to frequently lift in unsupported positions as well as bend, twist/turn, reach, push/pull.
