You will know the status of every unit, every day, before anyone asks.\n* Track and manage factory inventory, staging materials for each upcoming project ahead of time so the crew can start exactly where they need to the moment the day begins.\n* Walk the floor and ask the hard questions: When did this build start? Who is on it? What is the build time? Are we on track? Then document the answers.\n* Drive crew accountability: track build times by role (carpenters, finishing specialists, utility techs), document slips, address them directly, and follow up.\n* Run daily coordination with our planning team and our On-Site Project Manager so factory output and field installation stay on track.\n* Run final quality control on every unit before it ships: inspect it, confirm every detail is up to standard, and sign off that it's ready to go out for delivery.\n* Be the last one out most days: walk the floor, note any station that isn't clean, confirm every door is locked and the alarm is set, and document anything worth flagging before you leave.\n* Creating the schedule for the factory workers and coordinating with the on-site project manager when needed.\n\n*Who you are*\n\n* Experience managing production in construction, modular/prefab building, or a similar hands-on build environment.\n* Organized to a fault and comfortable living in project-management software.\n* Comfortable holding people accountable: directly, fairly, without drama.\n* A natural documenter: who did what, when, and how long it took.\n* Drives urgency without burning people out.\n\n*Job Specifics*\n\n* Experience managing production in construction, modular/prefab building, or a similar hands-on build environment.\n* Organized to a fault and comfortable living in project-management software.\n* Comfortable holding people accountable: directly, fairly, without drama.\n* A natural documenter: who did what, when, and how long it took.\n* Drives urgency without burning people out.\n\n*How to Apply*\nApply at apply.frameworkfirst.com.
