(“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.\n\n*The role.* Own the building management and plant control systems: sensors, controllers, sequences, and alarm management for power and cooling.\n\n*What you'll do:*\n\n* Maintain and tune BMS/plant control systems and instrumentation\n* Manage alarm rationalization and trending\n* Support sequence testing during commissioning\n* Coordinate controls vendors and integrators\n* Maintain controls documentation and backups\n\n*What you'll bring:*\n\n* 3+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, critical facilities, military, or utility operations (data center experience a plus, not required)\n* Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, or equipment drawings relevant to the discipline\n* Comfortable with 24/7 mission-critical environments and structured change control (MOP/SOP/EOP)\n* High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship, or military training strongly valued\n\n_Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly._\n\nAlignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
