Your expertise in machine operation, mechanical blueprint interpretation, and materials handling will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and optimizing manufacturing workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are paramount.\nResponsibilities\nOperate various manufacturing machines including CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, with precision and adherence to safety standards.\nInterpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to accurately set up and run equipment.\nPerform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on industrial machinery to minimize downtime.\nHandle raw materials and finished products\nConduct dimensional measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.\nFollow shop math principles for calculations related to fabrication, machining tolerances (GD&T), and assembly requirements.\nMaintain detailed production records, quality control documentation, and to ensure compliance with company standards.\nSkills\nProficiency in operating CNC equipment including CNC programming and CAM programming for efficient machining processes.\nStrong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately.\nExperience with shop math, factory operations, materials handling, tooling setup, and assembly line processes.\nSkilled in using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement devices for quality assurance\nAbility to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues quickly and effectively to minimize production delays\nJoin our team as a Machine Operator/Material Handler if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your technical skills make a real impact!
