The Phone Crew is responsible for assisting customers with menu selection, recommendations, and taking accurate food orders in a friendly and hospitable manner. This role effectively keeps the flow of the restaurant moving smoothly by maintaining clear communication and teamwork.\nMinimum Qualifications Have excellent menu knowledge of all items\nExceptional customer service and hospitality skills\nAbility to work well with others\nAvailability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends\nAbility to answer, report, and follow all supervisor instructions and directions\nPreferred Qualifications Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment\nExperience with POS systems a plus\nResponsibilities Greet every customer with Riko's welcome message\nProviding exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner\nAssist customers with menu selection and answer all questions in a respectful and patient manner\nRepeat customer orders for accuracy before entering them into the Point of Sale System\nCommunicate with the kitchen staff to make sure orders are accurate\nD uring off peak times, assist with restocking or other duties as assigned\nContributing to the overall success of the organization by meeting individual and team performance goals\nSkills As a Phone Crew member, you will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service. You will also need to be organized and detail-oriented in order to accurately document all customer interactions.
