This position focuses on the hands-on fabrication of hot tub & swim spa covers. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, following established processes, and collaborating with a team to produce high-quality products.ResponsibilitiesSew and assemble spa covers according to specificationsMeasure foam inserts and cut to required specificationsLay out, measure, and cut underlayment and vinyl for tops, bottoms, and sidesWrap foam inserts in waterproof plasticAssemble foam inserts into vinyl cover sleevesPrepare finished covers for shippingWork closely with other team members involved in the assembly processMaintain an organized and clean work areaAssist with inventory tracking and supply needs as neededQualificationsSewing or fabrication experience necessary (commercial or industrial a plus)Strong attention to detail and accuracyEffective time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDependable with consistent attendance
