LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Fairfield, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: The RN – Labor & Delivery is responsible for providing safe, effective, and patient-centered care to mothers and newborns. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery Assess and monitor mother and baby during labor and delivery Develop and implement patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as required Educate patients and families on care and procedures Document patient care accurately Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team Ensure patient safety and quality care Requirements: Minimum 3 years of acute care RN experience Labor & Delivery experience required Active California RN License BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN) Skills: Strong clinical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork Ability to handle high-risk situations Patient-focused care approach About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
