Apply now — don’t miss out on becoming a part of the Techflex® team.\n\nJob Summary:\nThe spooling machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and engaging in feeding, spooling, and cutting product in order to fill the items in the work orders according to customer’s specifications.\nEssential Functions:\nSets up and operates machine.\nObserves, monitors, and adjusts machine as necessary.\nPositions, adjusts, and feeds material manually to complete orders.\nReads work orders to determine product specifications or material requirements, such as form, temperature, and/or speed.\nLoads spool of material onto machine.\nNotifies supervisor of equipment malfunction.\nForecasts ahead to accommodate spooling schedule and daily orders.\nKeeps area clean and tidy on a daily basis.\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nPerform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor.\nQualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
