But that's just the beginninga front row seat means incredible growth as you bring new ideas to life to create an unforgettable experience for movie lovers worldwide.\r\nThe essential duties and responsibilities of a Bartender include, but are not limited to, the following:\r\nGreets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner\r\nPossesses full knowledge of bar and menu items and makes recommendations\r\nAccurately records food and beverage orders from Guests in a timely manner\r\nVerifies identification to confirm Guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions\r\nEnsures that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only\r\nConsistently uses suggestive selling techniques\r\nCollaborates with kitchen team to ensure that food orders are accurate\r\nDelivers food and beverage orders within established time frames\r\nProcesses payment for completed guest orders\r\nMaintains appropriate stock levels for the bar\r\nAssists the General Manager on duty with placing orders for all liquor and bar related supplies\r\nConsistently wipes down and sanitizes Employee and Guest high-contact areas\r\nProperly utilizes Personal Protective Equipment while completing position specific tasks\r\nAdapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks\r\nMonitors safety and security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.) and reports issues to management\r\nPerforms other work-related duties as assigned\r\nRequirements:\r\nBartenders need to be at least 21 years of age\r\nCompletes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required\r\nTeam Members who work with alcohol are required to complete a Safe Alcohol Service training program\r\nPrior experience in a high-volume bar environment preferred\r\nAvailability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidays\r\nRequires regular and consistent attendance\r\nHas an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift\r\nProvides excellent Guest service\r\nAccurate cash handling and basic math skills\r\nInterpersonal skills include the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all ages, genders, and personalities.
