It partners across teams to drive initiatives with strong coordination and execution.\r\nReporting to the Lead Relationships Associate Director, this role owns the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytical processes that power one of the firm's largest internal programs, supporting the program's incentive and review processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment across the Firm.\r\nThe position manages the program's core data systems, reporting, and master files that support quarterly and bi-annual review cycles. It analyzes and translates complex data into clear insights, helping leadership monitor budgets, track accruals, perform reconciliations, and forecast future performance. This role also partners cross-functionally with Finance, Recruiting, People Operations, and Sales to implement program updates, manage incentive policies, and ensure systems reflect the firm's evolving needs.\r\nThis is a highly analytical, internally focused role. It is not client-facing and is best suited for individuals who enjoy working with data, in systems, and analytical problem-solving.
