This position is responsible for managing program budgets, forecasts, cost models, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate financial execution. The role contributes to strategic decision-making by delivering data-driven insights and collaborating across multiple departments.Responsibilities:Lead financial planning activities including budgets, forecasts, and revenue projections.Perform cost tracking, variance analysis, and performance reporting for cost-plus programs.Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards for leadership.Partner with Program Managers to interpret financial data and assess risks and opportunities.Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, CAS, internal policies, and customer requirements.Coordinate with accounting, contracts, and procurement to validate data and resolve issues.Support audits, financial reviews, and maintain data integrity.Manage purchase requisitions, monitor subcontractor costs, and review timesheets and invoices.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of three years of program control or financial analysis experience in a government contracting environment.US citizenship.Experience in financial tracking and support for government customers in program control, finance, cost estimating, or accounting.Ability to prepare program baseline data, develop EACs, and perform complex variance analysis.Strong balance of long-term planning and short-term execution skills.Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and experience with ERP systems such as Costpoint.Pay Range and Compensation Package:The anticipated salary range for this position will be between $80,000 and $90,000 based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
