This is achieved through the development of software systems.\n\nThis position is located in Chantilly, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.\n\nJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nDevelop and maintain software that extracts, transforms, and loads data from various data formats into data models\nWork within a data engineering team that works closely with operations officers, analysts, and external engineers to gather requirements and refine systems.\nAssess and validate system integration requirements across the organization.\nProvide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of data related software systems.\nFinesse cyber data models.\n\nQualifications\n\nActive TS/SCI with polygraph.\nBachelors and 9 years or more experience; Masters 7 years or more experience.\nExperience designing or implementing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) pipelines.\nExperience as a senior software/systems architect.\nExperience designing or implementing interfaces between disparate systems.\nAbility to implement web applications and Rest API.\nKnowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Preferred experience with Java and/or Python\nExperience with cloud architectures.\nDesired experience:\nDevOps experience leveraging infrastructure-as-code such as CloudFormation, AWS, CDK, Terraform, and/or Ansible.\nBuilding software using OOP principles: preferred experience with Java and/or Python.\nLinux systems administration and monitoring.\nNoSQL databases, especially MongoDB and Elasticsearch.\nModern JavaScript/Typescript UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.\nTarget salary range: $200,001 - $240,000.
