Evaluates operational systems and recommends design modifications to improve function, add capability or enhance performance.\nLead business growth by successful technical execution, innovation and customer engagement.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nPrepare or review technical documentation including proposals, whitepapers, reports and other types of documentation.\nSubject matter expert on magnetron tube-based transmitters and modulators.\nPerform radar system analyses including system sensitivity, angle accuracy, range accuracy and others.\nWork with internal and external customers to resolve technical issues.\nPrepare technical briefs and presentations for internal leadership and test range customers.\nProvide technical guidance to senior leadership, program management and engineers.\n\nRequired Education, Experience, & Skills\n\nRequires a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field and a minimum of 15 years of job-related experience or a Masters Degree in degree Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field and 8 years of experience\nActive Secret clearance required\nAbility to travel is required\nUnderstanding of radar systems architecture\nThorough understanding of magnetron tube-based transmitters and modulators\nProven track record of working with customers to resolve technical issues\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting\n\nPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills\n\nBackground in ground radar system operation, design and development.\nFamiliarity with range instrumentation radar or similar systems.\nExperience with research and development projects.\nFamiliarity with U.S and/or international test range operations (general).\nSalary Min $115,110 - Max $195,660\n#ASFS\n\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $115110 - $195660\n\nPlease note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
