Our expectation at this time is you will work from our office located at 130 New Boston Street on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday.\n\nWe are looking for individuals who love to code and want to build amazing products for a global market.\nDay to day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:\nYour work tasks / responsibilities\nDesign and develop state of the art, modern, high performing, scalable web applications.\nReview of feature documentation and assisting the team in breaking down all features into stories for the team backlog.\nAnalyze business problems, design solutions, and develop modern web applications, web APIs, database schema, follow best coding practices like code review, unit tests etc.\nOngoing maintenance, support, and enhancements of existing systems and platforms.\nCreation and maintenance of technical specifications.\nActive participation in the implementation, operation and troubleshooting of new cloud-based and cloud-hosted services.\nActive participation in building and improving our continuous integration and deployment processes (CI/CD).\nParticipation in the continuous improvement of our Agile and DevOps culture and engineering best practices.\nMonitoring system performance and creation of highly scalable and operable systems.\nIndependent and joint development of solutions for complex problems.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field is required. Master's degree in a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.\nExperience :\nA minimum of 10 years’ overall experience in the field of software engineering as a .Net Software Engineer is required\nLead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance backend systems using .NET, C# and Node.js .\nDevelop robust APIs and microservices that integrate with SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.\nArchitect and implement scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions using AWS services. Relevant certificates are added plus.\nGood understanding of front-end technologies like JavaScript, Typescript and associated frontend framework such as Angular, React.\nCollaborative working habits that accelerate the team.\nProficiency in English communication (verbal and written) is required.
