Care Manager

We are working with a home health care agency who is looking for a Care Manager for Seniors.Responsibilities:• Coordinate and Manage the scheduling of caregivers to clients• Participate in interviewing, orientation and management of caregivers• Conduct in-home visits to client’s homesJob Requirements:• Word and Excel, and other scheduling programs• Strong time-management skills• Must have a drivers licenseIdeally Prior home care scheduling experience and/or at least one year of experience in a field related to geriatric careOnsite in Westchester County daily Monday - Friday
