At the Ideal Tridon Group, connections aren't just what we make-they're the heart of everything we do.We are seeking a Material Handler on 1st shift to join our team at Foster Manufacturing!Schedule: Monday- FridayShift:1st 7:00am - 3:30pmJob Summary:Provides parts-handling for production department, assisting with weight-counting incoming parts from suppliers and other duties as neededDuties/Responsibilities:Parts handling for productionWeight counting incoming parts from suppliers when neededWorking as needed in production areaDumping out box carts into recycling binEmpty metal chip bins into recycling binsEmptying trash in the shopOther duties as requiredRequired Skills/Abilities:Excellent communication skills including active listening.Must be comfortable and efficient in working in a busy open-floor environmentMust be comfortable working in a team environment as well as individuallyMust be able to multitask and possess decision making skills for prioritizing workloadEducation and Experience:High school diploma or GEDAbility to pass Basic Skills Test as required by ISOAttention to detailSelf-motivatedAbility to lift 40 lbs on a frequent basisPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing entire shiftMust be able to lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds at times.Must be able to bend and twist throughout the entire shift.BenefitsAt Ideal Tridon Group and Campbell Fittings, we focus on benefits that cover your health, well-being, family, and future.
