We would love for you to join us and be part of the Boiling Point family!\r\nPurpose & Summary\r\nTo serve and provide exceptional service and hospitality to every customer in the restaurant while participating in team work ensuring absolute customer satisfaction. Servers are responsible for positive customer interactions while serving in a friendly and efficient manner. Thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of BP's menu and prices and can make recommendations.\r\nDuties & Responsibilities\r\nGreet incoming customers immediately whenever possible\r\nHas thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu and make suggestions to customers\r\nTake orders and serve food and/or beverage to customers\r\nCashiering duties including preparing checks and processing payment through POS system\r\nEnsuring cleanliness in dining area including but not limited to removing dishes from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning, refilling sauces, and cleaning sauce containers as needed\r\nSet up tables in preparation for the next customer\r\nWill also be responsible for general housekeeping duties of the restrooms\r\nStock service areas with supplies when needed\r\nMaintain personal health and sanitation standards\r\nMust be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines\r\nEnsure compliance with BP's code of ethics, integrity and conduct\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\nPreferred 1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment, specifically as a server\r\nFriendly attitude with excellent customer service skills\r\nAble to multitask and work in a team environment\r\nMust be able to work flexible schedules\r\nHigh School diploma preferred\r\nAll candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification process\r\nPhysical demands\r\nAbility to continuously stand or walk\r\nAbility to bend and lift frequently\r\nAbility to lift up to 10lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally\r\nAbility to squat occasionally\r\nWork environment\r\nWork will be conducted in a kitchen and restaurant environment\r\nMay encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment\r\nMay occasionally walk on slippery surfaces\r\nNoise level in the work environment is frequently loud\r\nBenefits\r\nEmployee discount\r\nFlexible schedule\r\nPaid sick time\r\nPaid time off*\r\nWe've come a long way since we opened our first location in 2004.
