Position: Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Location: Winnebago, NE 68071 Shift: 7 PM – 7:30 AM | 12-Hour Shifts | 7 On / 7 Off Guaranteed: 40 Hours per Week Position Overview Small rural hospital laboratory seeking an experienced MT or MLT to join our night shift team. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Weekends and holidays are required if they fall during your scheduled work week. Schedule 7 PM – 7:30 AM 12-hour shifts 7 days on / 7 days off Weekends & holidays required during scheduled week 40 guaranteed hours per week Qualifications Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT): Associate’s Degree from an approved Medical Technology/Laboratory Science program Certification required: MLT (ASCP), MLT (AMT), or CLT (NCA) Medical Technologist (MT): Bachelor’s Degree from an approved Medical Technology/Laboratory Science program Certification required: MT (ASCP), MT (AMT), or CLS (NCA) Additional Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred Knowledge of hospital laboratory practices Understanding of infection control, chemical and biological hazards Knowledge of governmental and regulatory standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical Requirements Light to normal office/lab work Ability to lift up to 10 lbs Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods Use of computer and laboratory equipment Job Types: Contract, Travel healthcare, Temporary Pay: $1,760.00 - $2,120.00 per week Work Location: In person
