This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical instincts and advanced Excel skills rather than a deep IT background. You\\'ll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate raw data into intuitive, easy-to-navigate tools they can use on a regular basis.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nPull, extract, and organize data from the company\\'s central data repository/database on a recurring basis\r\nValidate data for accuracy and flag/resolve discrepancies before publishing\r\nIdentify trends, patterns, and insights within the data to support business decision-making\r\nAssist in defining and documenting system requirements for current and future inspection, audit, and engineering programs\r\nRecommend programs to support data analysis and automation for scalability to new programs and commodities\r\nCreate tools for new programs to track performance of auditors, assessors, inspectors, etc… as needed\r\nPull, extract, and organize data from the company\\'s central data repository/database on a recurring basis\r\nPartner on data infrastructure, visualization, and analytics roadmap initiatives\r\nPerform ad hoc analysis and deep dives to generate actionable metrics and be able to communicate this to internal stakeholders.\r\nAutomate internal and external reporting while ensuring data quality and timeliness\r\nImprove report performance and streamline data visualization using advanced modeling techniques\r\nMaintain data accuracy, governance, and documentation; support validation processes\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection plans and protocols.\r\nExpert with data analysis and display\r\nWillingness to learn and integrate AI into current technology.\r\n2+ years of professional experience in analytics or BI development\r\nExpert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint\r\nStrong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment\r\nAbility to work effectively within a quality management system.\r\nMust be able to read and write in English\r\nOpen to travel up to 20% of the time\r\nExperience with Tableu\r\nSQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
