PARTNER CONSULTANT - CSM (Certified Scrum Master)

The candidate has basic experience as a Scrum Master, particularly in supporting and facilitating delivery for a single Scrum team.For this role, there is a need for broader exposure to multi-team delivery environments and program-level coordination, including:Experience supporting multiple teams simultaneouslyInvolvement in Program Increment (PI) PlanningCollaboration with Product leadership and cross-functional teamsUnderstanding and tracking both team-level and program-level metricsFamiliarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) would be an added advantage for this roleWhile the candidate shows strong team-level Scrum capabilities, we are looking for a candidate who has experience to lead PI planning.CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
