The package includes a comprehensive health insurance plan featuring a low co-pay and no deductible plan as well as dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage; flexible spending accounts; competitive paid time off; relocation assistance; 401(k) and profit sharing; and education advancement.\n______________________________________________________________________\nPosition Overview:\nAs a Senior Digital Analytics Engineer, you'll direct and oversee technical strategy, technologies and the work of other engineers and partners across an ecosystem of externally facing digital web and mobile properties.\n\nThis is a hybrid role, some onsite attendance may be required.\nResponsibilities:\nWork closely with product owners and developers to validate and maintain analytics implementation across all digital channels and ensure website and app data is being collected properly and accurately per the measurement strategy\nSupport the development and training of internal processes and documentation governing all aspects of analytics tagging, implementation, quality assurance and reporting, including continuous improvement of these processes\nConduct regular audits of digital insights implementation, identifying recommendations to improve data structure and reporting\nManage quality assurance of all Google Analytics implementations and provide recommendations to provide insightful, best-in-class digital channel reports and dashboards, adhering to service level agreements with lines of business, partners and the overall Digital Channels team\nServe as the communications hub for technical standards and best practices\nProvide supporting technical materials, education and in-person expertise\nTroubleshoot and debug issues; develop recommendations and solutions\nFoster an environment that encourages innovation, risk taking, speed and agility\nUse automation techniques and create and maintain standards for configuration, segmentation, user access, data privacy, regression tests and alerts\nDevelop, execute and update technical strategy, work unit standards and procedures\nRequired Knowledge, Skills and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or another technical degree\n5 years of experience with digital analytics architecture tools\n1 year of experience with big data\nExperience leading implementations and management of digital analytics technology platforms\nTools / Systems / Software\nExperience with the Microsoft Office suite, tag management systems, the Google marketing platform, and BigQuery\nPhysical Requirements:\nGenerally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen\nGenerally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body\nDigiKey Electronics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
