The work schedule is about 7 to 10 hours a day, 32 to 48 hours a week. Contact us for more details.\nYou must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening to be considered for this position.\nEssential Job Tasks:\nComply with company policies and standard procedures\nOperate saws and power equipment\nMaintain a minimum of a California Class C drivers license with good record\nAbility to drive, load, and unload a 26,000 GVW truck with forklift and when needed by hand\nStock inventory\nAssist with customer orders and deliveries\nProvide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone\nWillingness to become proficient in duties throughout the store\nRequirements of Applicant:\nMust pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening\nAbility to lift and move inventory through the day\nAbility to stand for long periods of time\nAble to work in an outdoor environment\nSelf-motivated with excellent time management skills\nAbility to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities\nEffectively communicate with co-workers and administrative staff\nAbility to maintain great customer relations\nEnthusiastic interest in learning unique product offerings of the company\nBasic computer skills\nRelevant experience or knowledge in construction, building materials, and/or retail services is a plus (though not required)\nA fluent speaker of Spanish is a plus (though not required)\nExperience in operating a forklift is a plus (though not required)\nThis job description does not necessarily imply these tasks listed as the only tasks necessary for an employee with this position.
