Join us to build the future of technology and make a lasting impact!\nWhat you will be doing:\nEstablish trusted partner relationships with top 6G and AI-RAN researchers in the network vendors, academia and startups.\nBe the subject matter expert on key 6G topics, identifying and engaging researchers who are working on these topics.\nConduct simulation studies, develop algorithms and benchmark the results.\nFile intellectual properties and write papers for publication in reputed journals.\nFollow and attend 3GPP and AI-RAN alliance proceedings, develop contributions, drive ecosystem of partnerships at these bodies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including NV Research, engineering, and solution architects, to drive tasks aligned with our mission.\nAnalyze sophisticated challenges in realization of AI-native RAN, develop strategies, and implement solutions to achieve project objectives.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new technologies to drive innovation and ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality benchmarks that align with NVIDIA’s standards of excellence.\nWhat We Need to See:\nMaster’s, or PhD in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics (or equivalent experience).\n8+ years of experience in hands on deep research in Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture, algorithm designs at reputed research organizations and Universities.\nHands on experience in defining and coding AI/ML and LLM algorithms in RAN, with peer reviewed published papers.\nGood knowledge of hardware choices for RAN stack, and a vision to evolve the industry to accelerated computing.\nDeep understanding of AI and GenAI as applied to wireless networks is a must.\nStrong skills in representing the organization at industry bodies, submission of papers.\nProven ability to work in a multifaceted, fast-paced entrepreneurial environments and deliver results.\nWays to Stand Out from the Crowd\nA hands-on researcher and innovator in 6G and AI-native RAN.\nUnderstanding of CUDA, TensorFlow, GPU architecture is a strong plus.\nPublished IEEE research papers and/or 3GPP contributions.\nOutstanding communication skills and a passion for groundbreaking transformations in telecom.\nVisionary problem solver with passion and dedication to make a profound change in telecom.\nIf you're eager to contribute to crafting the future of telecommunications and meet the above qualifications, we’d love to hear from you.
