This is not a sit-back-and-watch rolethis is for someone who thrives in the action, diagnosing issues, fixing problems fast, and keeping production moving.If youve ever been the go-to person on the floor when things break, this is your kind of job.What Youll Actually DoWalk into shift, get the handoff, and hit the floor runningBe the firefighter when machines go down. Diagnose and fix fastSet up and change over equipment to keep production flowingTroubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issuesTrack downtime and help eliminate recurring problemsPerform preventative maintenance (TPM)Work side-by-side with operators and engineering teamsBottom line: You keep the line running.
