Responsible for systems planning, performance management, capacity planning, testing and validation, benchmarking, and information engineering. Evaluates and troubleshoots systems and ensures efficient delivery of systems contract capabilities. Mitigates risks, controls costs and schedule variance, and effectively manages large scale, integrated projects.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nPerforms technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for virtual systems\r\nDevelops, deploys and supports customized VMware and containerized solutions\r\nCreates and maintains as-built and other systems drawings (flowcharts, Visio diagrams)\r\nInterprets and implements security baseline configurations for all system components\r\nDesigns and implements system security and data assurance\r\nAnalyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems\r\nTroubleshoots technical issues, and develops and implements solutions\r\nIdentifies system integrity issues and solutions for the full system life cycle\r\nConducts technical training and product briefings with customers\r\nSupports operational and maintenance phase for as-built systems\r\nParticipates in special projects as required\r\nSupervisory Responsibilities\r\nLeads and mentors a team of systems engineers, providing technical direction, prioritizing workload, and delivering ongoing performance feedback to support professional growth\r\nOversees quality and accuracy of team deliverables, reviewing engineering work products and ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards\r\nServes as the primary technical liaison, coordinating team activities, and communicating status, risks, and expectations to customers and program leadership\r\nRequirements\r\nFluency in English (written and spoken)\r\nActive Secret security clearance with the U. S.
