In this hybrid role, you will serve as the technical lead and primary point of contact throughout the full project lifecycle — from initial prospecting and solution design through delivery and client handoff. If you thrive at the intersection of engineering and business development, and you take pride in owning outcomes end-to-end, we want to hear from you.\nWhat you'll do\nTechnical sales & scoping\nDrive new business through prospecting, site assessments, and solution design. Develop detailed proposals, Bills of Materials, labor estimates, and project quotes that accurately reflect scope and technical requirements.\nProject lifecycle management\nAct as project quarterback from kickoff through delivery. Oversee engineering design, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and budget management to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.\nClient relationship management\nServe as the primary client contact throughout the engagement. Set clear expectations, communicate proactively, and ensure deliverables consistently meet or exceed client requirements.\nTechnical solution design\nApply hands-on expertise in control systems, software integration, or energy technology to design solutions tailored to each client's operational environment and goals.\nWhat we're looking for\nBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering — or equivalent professional experience\n2–6 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or project management, ideally within cleantech or energy.\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from scoping through delivery\nStrong communication and client-facing skills; comfortable presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nPMP or CAPM certification is advantageous, but not required\nYou must be based in the Denver Metro Area or be willing to relocate.\nYou might be required to travel up to 50% of the time.\nYou will be required to represent the company at public facing events (tradeshows, etc.)\nWho you are\nWe are looking for a person who is self-driven and results-oriented, bringing strong opinions and the confidence to advocate for them. This person thrives working with customers and colleagues alike, naturally personable and able to build enthusiasm around solutions and ideas. Rather than following a rigid playbook, we expect you to be most effective when given autonomy to find the best path forward.
