Schedule 8-hour day shifts; 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. This position involves treating a diverse patient population in an outpatient orthopedics setting. The ideal candidate will provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions tailored to each patient's needs. ResponsibilitiesConduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions for outpatient orthopedic patients.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare providers.Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.Adhere to all operational policies, including prior approval for overtime hours.
