Our applications are built using the Microsoft .NET stack, leveraging Azure for cloud services.\n\nAs a Developer, you will be given the most challenging technical problems. You'll need to consider all of the potential impacts of changes to our enterprise system and design solutions that prepare us for the future without breaking what we use today.\nResponsibilities:\nWork directly with customers to understand their needs and convey those needs to other team members in an understandable fashion\nDesign and write functional, maintainable code\nWorks with Product Owners to provide estimates and assess timelines\nWork with UX Designers to create engaging software experiences\nBe a committed agile teammate who pitches in to help the team reach their goals\nParticipate in all agile ceremonies, including: planning, pointing, demos, and retros\nEnforce industry and company best practices within your team\nPrioritize unit tests, both manual and automated, to ensure the highest code quality\nResponsible for timely and thorough code reviews\nResponsible for documenting all programs to the required company standard\nContinually learn and stay up-to-date with the ever-changing technical landscape\nMentor other team members on new technologies and practices\nOwn the delivery pipeline using CI/CD best practices\nQualifications:\nSignificant experience in C#, .Net, and .Net Core\nSignificant Experience with web technologies like React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS\nExperience designing SQL Server relational databases or other data storage methods\nExperience using Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Git\nFamiliarity with cloud-based architecture using Azure\nA minimum of 7-10 years of application development experience\nBe an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment\nHave a flexible attitude and the ability to perform under pressure\nBe committed to quality and a thorough approach to the work\nAbility to work well within a fast-paced team\nProven self-starter and creative problem solver\nAbility to work independently\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nPreferences:\nExpertise in C#, .Net, React\nComfortable with using work management through Azure DevOps\nFamiliar with logging tools such as Application Insights, Dynatrace, FullStory\nExpertise with Microsoft products and services\nExperience implementing DevOps practices\nPay Range: USD $110,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
