Job Description The Team Member will engage directly with Guests, delivering courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while upholding Sky Zone safety standards. Assigned to specialized areas like Cashier, Court Monitor, and/or Events, they play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience.General Tasks and Duties:Provide outstanding Guest experiences that exceed expectations.Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the till effectively.Welcome and aid Guests, prioritizing their satisfaction and 'Wow!' moments.Ensure all jumpers have a valid waiver, and appropriate footwear, and understand associated risks.Communicate Sky Zone court policies clearly to Guests.Promote additional opportunities and sales initiatives.Process concession orders and maintain inventory.Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.Advocate for risk management and assist with injury handling.Cultivate positive relations with patrons, maintaining firmness and respect.Demonstrate proficiency in emergency procedures and assist in their implementation.Perform custodial duties including bathroom cleaning as scheduled or requested.Attend Team Member meetings and training sessions regularly.Fulfill other assigned duties as needed.Qualifications:Ability to deliver excellent Guest service in-person and via phone.Effective communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in cash handling.Capable of speaking in front of groups and projecting voice in loud environments.Skilled in enforcing rules and addressing guest concerns.Core Competencies:Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor.Ability to foster strong relationships with fellow Team Members.Exhibit a vibrant personality that enhances the 'Wow!' factor.Working Hours:Part-Time Employment with flexible scheduling.Availability for varied hours, including nights and weekends, is preferred.Physical Requirements:Capable of reaching, bending, and stooping, with the ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds.Comfortable working in a standing position for extended periods.Join us in creating unforgettable experiences for our Guests and become an integral part of the Sky Zone team!
