We’re now hiring a Trainer to lead by example in coaching, training, and developing our frontline team members. What You’ll Do Train and onboard new movers and drivers on packing, moving, and customer service techniques Provide hands-on coaching during daily operations Conduct truck inspections and ensure equipment is in working order Reinforce safety procedures and company policies Support retraining efforts and assist with safety meetings Track trainee progress and communicate updates to the Branch Manager Lead by example and set the standard every day while on job sites What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required) Prior experience in moving, warehouse, or logistics preferred Proven track record of strong leadership and coaching ability Physically able to bend, squat, walk and lift 100+ lbs. repeatedly. Able to work in outdoor conditions.
