Click here to learn more!\n\nWHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:\nBase Salary: $63,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.\nTuition Reimbursement for continuing education (certification or masters)\nBenefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.\nRegular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.\nRegular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.\nRegular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.\nApplicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nThis three-year program is focused on developing versatile leaders through cross-functional one-year rotations, mentoring relationships, formal learning, and access to senior leadership.\nRotations may include: Finance Operations, Data Strategy, Controller, Financial Planning & Analysis, Enterprise Risk Management, Capital Management, Reinsurance, Treasury, Tax, Financial Reporting\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING:\nCurrently enrolled in a degree program related to finance and anticipating graduation on or before May 2025.\nAn ongoing commitment to attain an appropriate industry designation (i.e. CPA, CFA, FRM) or enroll in a graduate degree program within 12 months of hire.\nYou promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.\nAbility to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment or work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.\n\nPREFERRED:\nDegree in Accounting strongly preferred.\nPrior professional work or internship experience (suitable leadership experience in student organizations or university athletics may be considered).\n\nWe value diverse experience, skills, and passion for innovation.
