Motivated to anticipate issues and bottlenecks before they adversely impact delivery schedules and Projects.\n\nLocation: Dallas, TX\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nCodes complex application components based on design specs, while adhering to defined programming standards, structured coding techniques, and development methodologies.\nDesign, develop, debug, while ensuring scalability, performance and security.\nCollaborate with cross functional team members, including Product Management, Customer Success, QA, DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering to ensure we meet the business needs in a timely fashion.\nPerform development on complex systems, requiring a deep understanding of both business objectives and technical architecture.\nParticipate in team planning sessions and daily scrums meeting\nAdapt and respond quickly to changing requirements and provide deliverables in a timely manner.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or in related disciplines.\nExperience in software design, development and automation is necessary.\nExperience in developing Restful web services (APIs), spring applications and Unit testing using JUnit/TestNG.\nExperience working in an Agile environment and good understanding of SDLC, STLC.\nExperience in working with embedded systems.\nKnowledge of industry-standard and best practices.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as, problem solving skills.\nRequired Skills:\nMust have proficiency in at least 1 programming language (Java,Python etc).\nStrong knowledge in Operating Systems, multi-threading, callbacks & scalability concepts.\nExperience or strong knowledge with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)\nGood understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, Rest Assured framework along with XML, JSON schema, documents, validation and parsing.\nStrong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)\nKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes\nExperience/Knowledge with Gradle, maven, Github, NewRelic, kibana, Splunk, Swagger, Kong dashboard, Postman, and JIRA.\nGood understanding of cyber security and network penetration testing, Man-in-the-Middle attacks, SSL stripping techniques, network vulnerability assessment, rogue access points, and Reconnaissance scans would be a plus.\n\nZimperium is an Equal Opportunity employer.
