Affiliate Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Partnerships Manager to lead and scale our multi-channel acquisition strategy within the FinTech space. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing affiliate and partner ecosystems to drive high-quality customer acquisition across digital channels.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and partnerships, combined with strong analytical skills and experience in financial services, payments, lending, or digital banking environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate & Partner ManagementBuild, manage, and scale affiliate programs across publishers, networks, and strategic partnersIdentify and onboard high-performing affiliates (content sites, influencers, comparison platforms, etc.)Develop long-term relationships with key partners to maximize revenue and acquisitionMulti-Channel Acquisition StrategyDrive customer acquisition through multi-channel marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email, display, influencer)Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align affiliate efforts with broader growth campaignsOptimize channel mix to improve CAC, LTV, and ROIPerformance Optimization & AnalyticsTrack, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insightsMonitor KPIs such as CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and revenue contributionImplement A/B testing and continuous optimization strategiesPlatform & Network ManagementManage affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, ShareASale, PartnerizeEnsure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting across channelsCompliance & Risk (FinTech Focus)Ensure all affiliate activities comply with financial regulations, KYC/AML guidelines, and brand policiesMonitor partner activities to mitigate fraud and ensure quality trafficRequired Qualifications4–8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketingStrong experience in FinTech, financial services, payments, lending, or bankingProven success managing multi-channel acquisition campaignsHands-on experience with affiliate networks/tools (Impact, CJ, etc.)Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust)Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, display, email)Preferred QualificationsExperience working in high-growth startups or scaling digital productsFamiliarity with compliance/regulatory requirements in financial servicesStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environmentJ-18808-Ljbffr
