Monitor and tune the system to achieve optimum performance levels.\nAutomate routine processes and tasks using scripting techniques.\nEnsure server data integrity by evaluating, implementing and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions.\nDevelop and promote standard operating procedures. Conduct routine hardware and software audits of servers to develop and maintain comprehensive configuration documentation database/library.\nTroubleshooting PC-based computer hardware.\nInstallation and configuration of Windows Servers 2008/2008R2/2012.\nVMware configuration, management, and troubleshooting.\nActive Directory configuration and maintenance (including GPO administration).\nConfiguring Outlook (POP/IMAP/local Exchange/hosted Exchange).\nInstallation and configuration of Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 & 8 (domain environments).\nCable/DSL/T1/fiber connections (shared Internet connections in general).\nNetwork infrastructure (switches/routers/firewalls/port-forwarding).\nNTFS Permissions.\nVirus/spyware removal.\nPrinting (local and remote).\nRemote desktop connections (client and terminal server environments).\nVPN setup and operation (client and server).\nWireless (WiFi) protocols and security.\nDNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.\nValuable qualities:\nCitrix XenApp and XenServer experience.\nSonicwall Firewall expert experience.\nCisco switches and wireless configuration troubleshooting and management.\nVMware design and implementation.\nSAN implementation and management.\nBenefits include: everything mentioned above plus: vision, paid vacation, holidays, personal and sick time.\nOur generous compensation plans are structured as salary plus bonuses for meeting utilization, compliance and customer service requirements, with initial compensation commensurate with relevant experience.\nHow to apply?
