This is a short-term position with the potential for hire-in. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in electronics manufacturing and a strong attention to detail when working with small components.\r\nSchedule:\r\nThis position runs MondayThursday, 6:00am4:30pm with optional overtime on Fridays from 6:00am12:00pm.\r\nPay range is $15$17/hour. Based on experience.\r\nSummary of Duties:\r\nAssemble, solder, and wire circuit boards, wire harnesses, and small panel units.\r\nFollow layouts, schematics, and documentation to ensure accurate assembly.\r\nClean, coat, and prep circuit boards as required.\r\nOperate machines to cut, strip, tin wire, and crimp terminals.\r\nPerform inspections and repairs of post-wave boards.\r\nEncapsulate assemblies (potting) and use both hand and power tools.\r\nMaintain a clean and organized work area while observing safety standards.\r\nComplete documentation, follow procedures, and communicate issues as needed.\r\nQualifications:\r\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\r\nPrevious experience in electronics assembly preferred.\r\nAbility to read schematics and identify electronic components.\r\nStrong hand-eye coordination; comfortable working with small parts.\r\nAbility to solder and de-solder using various equipment (preferred).\r\nMust be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and communicate effectively.\r\nColor recognition and ability to read part numbers required.\r\nPhysical Requirements:\r\nRegular sitting, standing, bending, and reaching throughout the day.\r\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.\r\nMust have good vision, including color recognition and close-focus ability.\r\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who wants to showcase their electronics skills and grow into a long-term role.\r\nMancan offers our temporary employees full benefits such as paid vacations, holidays, 401K, as well as vision, dental, and medical.
