This manager will oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven tools while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.\r\nKey Responsibilities Lead and mentor DevOps and Release Engineering teams across multiple geographies.\r\nOversee CI/CD pipeline development, maintenance, and optimization.\r\nManage cloud-native infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and container orchestration.\r\nDrive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption and automation.\r\nCollaborate with Cloud Systems Engineering, SRE, Security, and Development teams to ensure secure and reliable deployments.\r\nPlan and execute platform migrations and reliability engineering initiatives.\r\nIntegrate AI tools to enhance development efficiency and software delivery.\r\nFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.\r\nAlign individual goals with team and organizational objectives, focusing on measurable improvements in deployment velocity, system uptime, and incident response times.\r\nParticipate in scheduled on-call rotations, ensuring primary and backup coverage for critical systems.\r\nAdhere to escalation protocols and provide timely incident response.\r\nSupport team members in pursuing relevant certifications and professional growth opportunities.\r\nEnsure fair and transparent on-call scheduling, provide backup coverage, and facilitate knowledge transfer during handoffs.\r\nActively explore and implement AI-driven solutions to improve development efficiency, e.g., predictive deployment risk analysis, automated code reviews, AI-driven optimization of CI/CD pipeline performance, and AI assistants for troubleshooting.\r\nQualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\r\n5–7+ years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, or related roles.\r\nProven leadership experience managing technical teams.\r\nExpertise with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).\r\nExperience with cloud application technologies (AKS, AWS, Azure) and cloud platforms.\r\nStrong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps.\r\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools.\r\nFamiliarity with AI/ML tools and their applications in software development workflows.\r\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\r\nCurrent residence in Los Angeles, CA (location requirement).\r\nAbility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.\r\nLocation & Compensation Location: Los Angeles, CA. Structured hybrid—minimum 3 days onsite per week.\r\nPay Range: $118,800 to $178,200 per year.
