Siding Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Siding Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various types of siding materials on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong background in construction and related trades, with the ability to interpret blueprints and work effectively on-site. Duties Measure, cut, and install siding materials such as vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or metal panels according to project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to perform installations efficiently and safely Prepare surfaces by cleaning, caulking, and framing as needed before siding installation Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment to facilitate smooth workflow on the construction site Coordinate with other trades such as roofing, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, and drywall to ensure seamless project completion Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist in remodeling or restoration projects when required Requirements Proven experience in siding installation or related construction trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, or remodeling Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment used in construction projects Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus Experience with framing carpentry, trim carpentry, stucco application, metal stud framing, or tile laying is desirable Familiarity with caulking techniques and heavy lifting capabilities for handling materials Strong understanding of safety standards and protocols on construction sites Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a professional construction environment while contributing to high-quality building projects.
