Key Skills & QualificationsAppian Expertise: Strong proficiency in the Appian platform, including Appian UI, RPA development, and integration patterns.Low-Code Development: Hands-on experience with low-code development methodologies.BPM Knowledge: Solid understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and tools.Software Development: Background in software engineering with experience in Java, JavaScript, J2EE, or C#.Problem-Solving: Skilled in analyzing complex challenges and creating scalable solutions.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation.Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying current with Appian advancements and industry best practices.Customer Focus: Ability to deliver user-centric applications that meet business needs.
